Like many artists, Jane’s passion to create, as her parents had, was strong and she began studying the works of her favorite impressionist artists and slowly mastered her own techniques in her studio. Art became her therapy and her life became more and more joyous and enjoyable. She began painting angels, weddings and commissions for others. To date, Jane has painted over 200 commissions and to date all 375 paintings she has painted are sold. Her paintings are collected all over the United States, Germany, Canada and Brazil. Jane not only paints on canvas but it known for her murals that can be found painted in homes and businesses in Arkansas and Missouri.
It has always been a life goal of Jane’s to help others who have faced traumas of all kinds in their lives. After majoring in psychology and Christian counseling, Jane created a program to use art, intuition and creativity to help others heal from their pasts. In making this decision she has opened a whole new world to her impressionistic heart. Her favorite aspect is the connection she feels with those who create along side her. She considers it an honor to stand beside others as they heal with every brushstroke. Today, you can find her in her studio with others, hands in motion as she allows her intuition to guide her movement and at the end of the day she steps back and praises God for the painting that is in front of her, ever thankful for the gifts and talents He has given her and the opportunity to create and heal each day.
