Advocacy
Recovery is deeply personal, but no woman should have to walk it alone.
My advocacy work is rooted in a Christ-centered belief that every woman carries God-given dignity, even when her story has been marked by addiction, trauma, loss, incarceration, shame, or survival. I believe recovery is not simply about stopping a behavior. It is about rebuilding a life, restoring identity, learning truth, practicing accountability, and discovering what it means to walk in freedom one faithful step at a time.

Through recovery coaching, education, writing, and community advocacy, I walk alongside women who are ready to rebuild with honesty, support, and hope. My approach is trauma-informed, biblically grounded, and practical. I help women recognize patterns, understand the role of the nervous system, strengthen emotional resilience, reconnect with Scripture, and create rhythms that support long-term recovery.
This work is especially close to my heart because I know healing does not happen through shame. It happens in the steady presence of truth and grace. Jesus meets women in the real places of their lives, not the polished-up version they think they have to present. Recovery coaching provides a safe, supportive space to name what is true, take responsibility where needed, receive encouragement, and keep moving toward wholeness.
My desire is to help women remember that they are not beyond hope, not too far gone, and not disqualified from a restored life in Christ.
